very simple to throw together and cooks quickly on the grill, from cooking light Ingredients:
1/2 cup fig preserves |
1/4 cup rice vinegar |
1 tablespoon chili paste |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
2 (1 lb) pork tenderloin |
fresh ground pepper |
cooking spray |
fresh chives (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. heat grill to medium-high. 2. spray with cooking spray. 3. combine first 4 ingredients with a whisk. 4. sprinkle tenderloins with salt and pepper and add to the grill. 5. cook 18-20 minutes, basting with the sauce and turning over occasionally until internal temperature reaches 160. 6. slice and garnish with fresh chives. |
