Fig, Almond and Raisin Oatmeal |

This is oatmeal as I love having it every morning. Very nutritious! Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice milk |
1/2 cup rolled oats |
1/2 cup water |
1 pinch salt |
1 dried fig (dehydrated) |
10 raisins |
5 almonds |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Cut the fig and almonds into small pieces. 2. Place all the ingredients in a cooking pot, give them a light stir then bring to a boil. 3. Lower the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes. 4. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon. |
