1 cup serving Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup yellow cornmeal |
3 cups beef broth |
3 lb. ground beef round |
3 tbsp chili powder |
3 tsp ground cumin |
48 oz thick and chunky salsa |
30 oz corn, drained |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix cornmeal and broth; let stand 5 min. Stir in beef, chili powder, cumin, salsa, corn and olives. Pour into a 3 1/2 qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 5 to 7 hrs. or until set. 2. Sprinkle cheese over top; cover and cook another 5 min. or until cheese melts. 3. This can also be cooked on top of the stove. EASY! |
