Sliders with a mexican twist. 1 lb of ground beef will make six generously large sliders. They're definitely not your average Krystal or White Castle Slider, hence the reason I believe it will serve 6. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes (with jalapeno peppers) |
slider bun |
2 bell peppers, jalapeno, sliced (optional) |
6 slices monterey jack pepper cheese |
1 lb ground beef |
seasoning salt |
hamburger seasoning |
garlic powder |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1 jalapeno, finely chopped |
1/4 teaspoon oregano |
1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped |
1 hass avocado |
1/2 lemon |
1/2 lime |
1/2 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 ounces diced tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Pour diced tomatoes in a bowl and place in fridge to chill. 2. Dice 2 tbsp of fresh cilantro. Set aside 1/2 of mixture for guacamole. 3.
