Bold Southwestern flavors are featured in this cheesy one-pot potato dish made with Pace® Salsa and a Cheddar cheese sauce. Ingredients:
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed cheddar cheese soup |
1/2 cup pace® thick & chunky salsa |
1/4 cup milk |
5 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced |
Directions:
1. Stir the soup, salsa and milk in a 10-inch skillet. Add the potatoes and stir to coat. Cook over medium heat until mixture is hot and bubbling. |
