A zesty option for a chip dip that is very east to make. This is super dip served cold with tortilla chips. I also use this warm in burritos and southwestern casseroles. Ingredients:
1 (1 ounce) packet ranch fiesta dip mix |
1 (12 ounce) bag dried garbanzo beans (sorted,soaked, rinsed and drained) |
1 (10 ounce) can rotel, undrained |
Directions:
1. Blend all three in food processor until spreading consistency. Refrigerate for at least a couple hours to let flavors blend and settle. |
