FIESTA SALSA FRESCA This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Daly Estate in Harrell, Texas in 1988. Ingredients:
2 quarts chopped tomatoes |
2 bulbs garlic crushed in press |
1 bunch green onions chopped |
2 sweet white onions minced |
4 green chilies minced |
1 serrano pepper minced |
2 avocados mashed |
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients then chill and serve.
