A simple, no-bake Fiesta Dip recipe that can be thrown together in a moment's notice. A tasty crowd pleaser that's perfect for a tailgate party. Ingredients:
1 (4 ounce) package idahoanĀ® bacon & cheddar chipotle flavored mashed potatoes |
1 (16 ounce) jar herdezĀ® casera medium salsa |
1 (4 ounce) can mild chopped green chilies |
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream |
chopped cilantro |
black olives |
Directions:
1. Mix dry Idahoan mashed potatoes with salsa, chilies and sour cream. 2. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving. 3. Garnish with cilantro and black olives. Serve with corn chips. |
