This recipe came with my Double Dipper Crockpot unit. Ingredients:
8 ounces refried beans |
1/4 cup mexican salsa |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (2 ounces) |
1/3 green chili pepper, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and place in the Double Dipper unit. 2. Cover and heat 30 to 60 minutes or until cheese is melted. 3. Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips. |
