Ingredients:
1 cup(s) bisquick |
1 cube(s) butter-melted |
4 ounce(s) can chopped green chiles |
6 eggs-slightly beaten |
1 pint(s) lr curd cottage cheese |
1 cup(s) milk |
1 pound(s) shredded monterey jack cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix all together and bake in greased 9x13 baking dish at 350degrees for 50 minutes.
2. *Can also add; whole kernel corn, sliced black olives, pimentos, etc..
