From a can of corn with green and red peppers added. Ingredients:
1/2 cup prepared sour cream dip (french onion, chive or ranch flavor) |
1 tbsp flour |
1 tsp sugar |
2 regular size cans whole kernel yellow corn with red and green peppers |
corn chips or cheese crackers, broken up |
Directions:
1. Stir together the dip, flour and sugar, then stir in the corn. 2. Turn into a 1 quart casserole and sprinkle with the broken chips or crackers. 3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until heated through well. Do not cover. |
