Easy and makes a great side dish (and it looks great too) Ingredients:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter |
4 cups frozen corn |
1/2 cup garden salsa |
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a skillet on high heat melt butter and add corn. 2. saute until cooked through (5 minutes). 3. remove skillet from heat, add salsa and onions. 4. add salt and pepper to taste. |
