Cheap and tasty! Ingredients:
3 -5 lbs chicken legs |
1 (12 ounce) can rotel |
1 dash red wine vinegar |
1 medium onion, chopped |
3 cups rice (uncooked) |
water |
Directions:
1. Put chicken, rotel, vinegar, and onion in crock pot on low and cook for about 8 hours. 2. Drain the juice from the crock pot and use to cook rice. 3. Add additional water if needed. 4. Serve and enjoy! |
