Fiesta Chicken and Rice Wraps |

Chicken and rice cooked in a delicious combination of Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup and Pace® Thick & Chunky Salsa are wrapped in flour tortillas to make delicious two-fisted sandwiches. Ingredients:
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed cream of chicken soup or campbell's® condensed 98% fat free cream of chicken soup |
1 cup pace thick & chunky salsa mild,med,hot cam |
1/2 cup water |
1 cup uncooked instant white rice |
2 cups cubed cooked chicken |
4 flour tortillas (10-inch) |
Directions:
1. Mix soup, salsa and water in saucepan. Heat to a boil. 2. Stir in rice and chicken. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. 3. Spoon about 1 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold tortilla around filling. |
