Excellent lowfat chicken recipe! Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
pepper |
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies |
1 cup corn |
1 (15 ounce) can fat free black beans, drained and rinsed |
1 cup salsa |
fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. Season chicken breasts with garlic salt, cumin and pepper. 2. Brown on both sides in nonstick skillet. 3. Add green chilies, corn. 4. black beans and salsa. 5. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. 6. Garnish with fresh cilantro. 7. Serve with rice. |
