From the back of a bottle of Kikkoman Soy Sauce. I think I'm going to try the reduced sodium soy sauce the first time I make this. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup kikkoman soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 (9 ounce) package green beans, frozen |
1/2 cup uncooked rice, washed and drained |
Directions:
1. Brown beef with onion and garlic in a large skillet with a cover. 2. Stir in tomatoes, water, soy sauce and pepper; bring to a boil. 3. Mix in green beans and rice. 4. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or until rice is tender. |
