A simple dish that adds some pizazz to the table. Everyone loves it. Ingredients:
1 can black bean (drained) |
1 can kidney beans (drained) |
1 can garbanzo beans (drained) |
2 can corn (drained) |
4 green onions, sliced (or red onion diced) |
1 cup cilantro - chopped |
2 serrano chili – minced |
1 tomato, minced |
pepper and salt to taste. |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl add the beans, corn, onions, cilantro, chili and tomato. 2. Toss. 3. Taste. Add pepper and salt to taste. (Since the beans come from cans they are already salted so be careful!) 4. Refrigerate for 2 hours - serve chilled. |
