I got this recipe from the back of the can of pinto beans. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained |
1/2 cup mild picante sauce |
1 (15 ounce) can spanish rice |
1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine beans, picante sauce, rice, beef and halt the cheese. 3. Bake uncovered for 20 - 25 minutes or until heated through. 4. Sprinnkle with remaining cheese. 5. Serve with tortilla chips. |
