From my collection of handwritten recipes. Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) container bean dip |
1 cup sour cream |
0.5 (2 tablespoon) package taco seasoning |
1 tablespoon salsa |
10 -20 drops tabasco sauce |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup grated monterey jack cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix the bean dip, sour cream, taco seasoning, salsa, and tabasco. Cube the cream cheese and blend into the bean dip mixture. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Top with grated cheeses. Cover dish with a lid and microwave once more until most of the cheese melts on top of the bean dip. Serve with tortilla chips. |
