Cayenne makes this spicy! I'm a wimp so use less. Serve it piping hot with thick slices of warm crusty bread. Adapted from Rebecca Field Jager in her cookbook How to Make !ove and Dinner at the Same Time. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped |
1 small zucchini, grated |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 green onion, finely chopped |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker. 2. Cook on Low for 2 to 3 hours. 3. Serve hot with bread, cracker, etc. Enjoy! |
