This sauce can be used as a spicy dip for raw vegetables. Ingredients:
1/2 cup no-salt-added tomato sauce |
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt |
2 tablespoons white vinegar |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and stir with a whisk until well-blended. |
