120 ml low-fat caramel yogurt |
150 ml buttermilk |
8 dates, coarsely chopped |
2 frozen bananas, sliced |
2 tablespoons natural bran |
2 -3 crushed ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt and buttermilk in a blender. 2. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. 3. Chef's tip: This smoothie is quite thick, so if you prefer it thinner, add extra milk! 4. Try this smoothie instead of cereal for breakfast. |
