This is an old WW trick, best made in muffin tins (1. for portion control and 2. for texture). Great for a chocolate fix when you're still watching calories (or even if you aren't... then you don't have to stop at one! Read more !) Ingredients:
3 cups 100% bran cereal |
2 1/2 cups warm water |
1 box betty crocker low fat brownie mix |
1/2 tbsp baking powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F, and spray cupcake tins with nonstick spray (don't use liners). 2. Mix water and cereal together, let sit for 5 minutes. 3. Add the brownie mix and baking soda, stir together well. 4. Bake 20-25 minutes and then let cool completely. |
