Ingredients:
2 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups pumpkin - canned
2 cups fiber one
1 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
4 tbsp chocolate chips
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
1 dash pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
1. mix ingredients well cook at 350 for 30-35 min or until browned on top.. optional- add 4-5 packets of splenda for sweeter muffins
