2 cups old fashioned oats |
2 cups pumpkin - canned |
2 cups fiber one |
1 cup egg beaters |
1/2 cup applesauce (unsweetened) |
4 tbsp chocolate chips |
1 tsp baking powder |
2 tsp vanilla |
1/2 tsp nutmeg |
2 tsp cinnamon |
1 dash pumpkin pie spice |
Directions:
1. mix ingredients well cook at 350 for 30-35 min or until browned on top.. optional- add 4-5 packets of splenda for sweeter muffins |
