3/4 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup bran flakes cereal, crushed |
1/4 cup wheat germ |
1 1/2 tsp baking powder |
1/8 salt |
1 cup milk |
1 egg |
1 egg white |
1 tbsp vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. in medium bowl, combine flour, bran flakes, wheat germ, baking powder and salt. set aside 2. in small bowl, blend together milk, egg, egg white and oil; stir into bran mixture until combined. 3. for each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto nonstick griddle or frying pan. cook, turning once, for about 1-2 min per side or until golden |
