Creamy low fat, low calorie fettuccine alfredo w/chicken and veggies.
Ingredients:
2 cups, boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked, chopped
1 pound fettuccine, dry
2 tbls promise buttery spread
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbls gold medal all purpose flour
2 cups fat free milk
1/2 cup fat free cream cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups broccoli florets
Directions:
1. Cook Pasta following instructions on package.
2. Melt butter in sauce pan, add garlic, saute about 30 seconds, whisk in flour and then gradually add milk. Once milk has thickened a bit add cream cheese and parmesan cheese. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Toss sauce with chicken, pasta and vegies.
