A sinfully delicious alfredo sauce Ingredients:
1/2 c margarine |
1/2 c whipping cream |
3/4 c parmesan cheese |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 dash of pepper |
1 pinch of chopped parsley |
8 oz pasta |
Directions:
1. Heat the margarine and whipping cream in the sauce pan over low heat, stirring constantly until margarine is melted 2. Stir in the cheese, salt and pepper until the mixutre is smooth 3. Bring 3-4 cups of water to a boil and add pasta (and salt, if desired) 4. Boil for 7-9 minutes or until pasta is firm but tender 5. Drain pasta 6. Pour sauce over cooked pasta and serve |
