I got this recipe from Kraft. It is one of my husbands favorites. We add chicken. Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese, cubed |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
3/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
8 ounces fettuccine, cooked, drained |
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. MIX cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, butter, white pepper and garlic powder in medium saucepan; cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended. 2. TOSS with hot fettuccine. Sprinkle with nutmeg. |
