Extremely simple dish which is very yummy and easy on the waist too! Ingredients:
8 ounces fat free cream cheese, cut in bits |
3/4 cup fat-free parmesan cheese, grated |
1/2 cup light butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
1/2 cup skim milk |
8 ounces fettuccine, cooked, drained |
Directions:
1. Add butter to a heated pan. Then add cream cheese, parmesan, and milk, stirring constantly until smooth. 2. Toss in the pasta, mixing well. |
