Feta with Rosemary Pepper Honey |

Can be prepared in 45 minutes or less. Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey |
1/4 cup water |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves |
1 teaspoon black peppercorns, cracked coarse |
1 pound feta cheese, rinsed and patted dry |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan combine honey, water, rosemary, and peppercorns and simmer, swirling pan occasionally, until reduced to about 1/2 cup. Cool honey to room temperature. 2. Cut feta into thin slices and serve drizzled with honey. |
