Easy and quick to make with delicious results. Ingredients:
4 portabello mushrooms |
1/2 - 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled |
2 tbsp oregano |
balsamic vinegar |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. Remove stems from mushroom and place bottom up on cookie sheet covered with foil. 2. Fill the center of each cap with feta cheese 3. Add a sprinkle of oregano 4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste 5. Bake in 400 degree oven until feta is softened (about 10 mins) |
