Epicurious Ingredients:
3/4 cup chilled unsalted butter, cut into pieces |
6 ounces feta cheese |
3 green onions, chopped |
1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary |
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in processor until smooth. Transfer to small bowl. 2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 3. (Spread can be prepared 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.). |
