This recipe originates in Finland. Ingredients:
6 ounces feta cheese |
1/2-1 small red onion, thinly sliced |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Drain and pat cheese dry & cut into 4 equal pieces. 2. Place 2 slices on a plate then scatter with half the onion & parsley. Drizzle on half the olive oil then half the paprika. 3. Repeat with the remaining ingredients on another plate. |
