Ingredients:
3 (6-inch) pitas |
1 (3.5-ounce) package crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese, finely chopped |
olive oil-flavored cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°. 2. Split pitas; cut each into 6 wedges. Arrange pita wedges in a single layer on a large baking sheet; sprinkle with cheese, and lightly coat with cooking spray. 3. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden. |
