These are very tasty flat bread appetizers. With the great greek combination of flavors, you can't go wrong. Ingredients:
6 whole pita breads (soft without pockets) |
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese |
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
3/4 cup thinly sliced red onion |
1 small tomato, thinly sliced |
1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained |
Directions:
1. Place pita breads on an ungreased baking sheet. 2. Sprinkle with cheeses and italian seasoning. 3. Top with onion, tomato and black olives. 4. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. 5. Cut into wedges and serve immediately. |
