These Italian potatoes are out of this world... Ingredients:
2 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and cubed. |
1/4 cup milk |
3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan place potatoes, cover with water and bring to a boil. 2. Cover potatoes, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender. 3. Drain potatoes well, and return to pan; beat at high speed with a mixer until smooth. 4. Add rest of ingredients and beat well. |
