I found this cute delite in the Young Times magazine. It was submitted by Ruth Lina, a 10 year old, from Oman. I hope you enjoy her creation! Ingredients:
5 sheets phyllo pastry |
100 g butter, melted |
300 g feta, cut into 20 cubes |
2 tablespoons honey |
Directions:
1. Cut each sheet of pastry width-wise into 4. 2. Brush each sheet with butter. 3. Put a feta cube at the bottom of each strip. 4. Roll up the pastry, folding in the edges. 5. Brush with butter followed by honey. 6. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes at 180C. 7. Serve hot. 8. Enjoy! |
