Original recipe from Horizon Organic with changes made by me. Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt |
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese |
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese |
3 tbsp lemon juice |
3 green onions |
2 large sprigs fresh dill, chopped |
fresh ground black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth. |
