We upped the creaminess factor but not the fat by mixing feta with nonfat yogurt. Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat greek yogurt |
1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley |
2 teaspoons white-wine vinegar |
4 ounces crumbled feta, divided |
1 cup fresh dill, divided |
freshly ground black pepper (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, place yogurt, parsley, vinegar and all but 1 teaspoon feta and 1 teaspoon dill. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl; top with remaining feta and dill and, if desired, pepper. 2.
