Feta Chicken Salad with Flat Brad |

The recepie includes 8 oz of bread. Any bread will do.This is a nice 500 cal dinner. Ingredients:
3 cups diced cooked chicken |
3 oz celery |
1 red bell pepper, seeded |
1/2 red onion, diced |
6 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise |
6 tablespoons low fat sour cream |
4 ounce feta cheese, crumbled |
2 teaspoons dried dill weed |
1 salt and pepper to taste |
8 oz bread |
Directions:
1. In a serving bowl, mix together the chicken, celery, and red onion. In a separate bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, feta cheese, and dill. Pour over the chicken mixture, and stir to blend. Taste, and season with salt and pepper as needed. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until serving. |
