I like to put this is in a pita or wrap. Nice light lunch or dinner with a salad!! Ingredients:
3 cups cooked diced chicken |
2 celery stalks, diced |
1 red bell pepper, diced |
1/2 red onion, diced ( i like it really small) |
6 tablespoons mayo |
6 tablespoons sour cream |
4 oz feta, crumbled |
2 tsp dill weed |
pinch of salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a medium size bowl mix together the chicken, celery, red pepper and red onion. 2. In a seperate bowl, stir together the mayo, sour cream, feta cheese, dill, salt and pepper 3. pour over the chicken mixture and blend nicely |
