Ingredients:
4 (1-ounce) slices feta cheese |
1/4 cup honey |
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
3/4 teaspoon finely minced fresh thyme |
2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted |
Directions:
1. Place 1 cheese slice on each of 4 small plates. 2. Combine honey, rind, juice, and thyme in a small bowl. Drizzle honey mixture evenly over cheese. Sprinkle with the pine nuts. |
