Make these ahead and freeze to pop in the oven for the holidays Ingredients:
2 cups baking mix |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
4 (4 ounce) packages feta cheese with garlic and herbs, crumbled |
1 (8 ounce) container cottage cheese |
3 large eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Stir together baking mix, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in milk and remaining ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 15x10 jellyroll pan. 3. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and set. Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Cut into 1 1/2 squares and serve immediately. 4. Bake up to 1 month ahead and freeze in an airthigh container ot zip-lock plastic freezer bag. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake frozen squarea on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. |
