This spread is delicious topped with chopped tomato, cucumber, and green onions. Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened |
2 (4-ounce) packages crumbled feta cheese |
2 tablespoons skim milk |
10 fresh mint leaves |
1 to 2 garlic cloves |
Directions:
