Another great light summer snack. Ingredients:
14 ounces feta cheese |
3 green onions |
3 cloves garlic |
1 teaspoon mixed herbs (i.e basil, oregano) |
7 tablespoons olive oil |
salt |
pepper (ground fresh if possible) |
Directions:
1. Cut Feta in to about 1/2 inch squares. 2. Cut onions. 3. Mince garlic. 4. Add olive oil. 5. salt and pepper to taste. 6. Blend everything. 7. Chill for 2 hours. 8. This is perfect for baguettes, or any other bread. |
