Feta ties with Sharp Cheddar and Havarti for my favorite cheeses. I love the sharp taste of a good Feta on salads with sweet tomatoes and cucumbers. Ingredients:
1 cup feta cheese (crumbled) |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 cup wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
2 teaspoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. 2. Blend 5 seconds. |
