This is going to give you a zesty spin to the original tasting breads and chips. Ingredients:
1 minced clove of garlic |
1 14 oz can of drained artichoke hearts, chopped |
1 2 oz jar of diced pimentos, drained |
8 oz of crumbled feta cheese |
1 c of mayonnaise |
1/2 c of shredded parmesan cheese |
3 chopped green onions (optional) |
1 chopped tomatoe (optional) |
Directions:
1. Lets start by preheating your oven at 350 F 2. Grab you large mixing bowl and stir in all the ingredients. 3. Take the mixture and pour it into a pie pan. 4. You wanna bake it for about 20-25 minutes or until it's slightly brown. 5. If you want a little color you could add some tomatoes or even onions on top. 6. Goes great with tortilla chips, pita bread, crackers and a bagel. |
