Feta and Dill Mash Potatoes

These are are a favorite around the house. I love chunky mash potatoes full of flavor, but if you like yours without lumps, cook a little bit longer to get the potatoes softer.
Ingredients:
2 small red potato, sliced or diced
2 tbs butter
3 tbs cream
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 tsp dill
1 pinch of sea salt
1/2 tbs pepper
Directions:
1. Place enough water in a pot to cover the potatoes. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and let simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Check with a fork. If it goes on the fork easy they are done.
3. Drain water
4. Mix in the rest of ingredients and mash.
