Festive Strawberry Dessert |

An interesting dessert - from a taste of strawberries . Ingredients:
2 pints strawberries, with stems |
1/2 cup sour cream (use regular, not low fat) |
1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Wash and dry berries. Set aside. Spoon sour cream and sugar into separate small bowls. Place bowls on a large serving plate, or platter. Use a fork to fluff sugar. Arrange strawberries around bowls. Diners first dip berries in sour cream, then in brown sugar.
