Bring the Festive Season to your Christmas table! This has amazing festive flavours and everyone will be thanking u for the best pumpkin they have ever tasted .... They WILL be asking you for the recipe, but I ke43p it as a closely guarded family secret lol Enjoy! Ingredients:
2 butternut pumpkin |
1 cup dried apricot, sliced |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1 tablespoon unsalted butter |
1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar, packed |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon orange zest, minced |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 teaspoon allspice |
Directions:
1. Cut butternut into large chunks, leaving skin on. 2. Combine in a saucepan dried apricot, sliced, dried cranberries, orange juice, unsalted butter, brown sugar, packed, 1/2 teaspoon salt, orange zest, minced, ground ginger. 3. Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes,,. 4. Add baked pumpkin and glaze, and serve! |
